Choose your home or start from scratch
Choose from our selection of base models and customize them to fit your specific needs. Or, if you have a specific vision in mind, we can work with you to design a completely unique home from scratch. Whatever your preference, we're here each step of the way to ensure your home is tailored to your needs and exceeds your expectations.

Preliminary design
During this phase, you'll have the opportunity to choose your desired interior and exterior color palettes, as well as develop any design changes you may want to make. We understand that the smallest details can make the biggest impact, and we want to ensure that every aspect of your home is tailored to your taste and lifestyle. Additionally, we'll discuss the preliminary project costs with you, so you'll have a clear understanding of the financial investment required to bring your dream home to life.
Preconstruction
As with most things in life, proper planning is the key to success. The preconstruction phase is where we put the finishing touches on our strategy. Modular has an advantage here because we have no choice but to finalize all details prior to releasing the plans to production. The civil and structural plans for on-site work, as well as architectural permit drawings are completed during this phase.  Once all details have been confirmed, it's time to finalize the project budget and schedule. The final step is submitting plans for building permit approval.
Pre-set construction
The construction phase of a modular homebuilding process is an exciting time, as your new home begins to take shape. The first step is completing the utilities, sitework, and foundation, which is done on-site. At the same time work is being completed on site, your modules are being built off-site. This method offers many advantages, including shorter construction times due to work being completed in parallel and improved quality control. By building your home in a factory setting, the modules can be constructed with precision and under optimal conditions.

Set Day!
With the help of a crane, the modules are lifted into place, a process that typically takes just one day. This means that your home can be assembled in a fraction of the time it would take with traditional on-site construction methods. The precision engineering of the modules ensures a perfect fit, and the finished product is indistinguishable from a site-built home. Watching your home take shape before your eyes is an unforgettable experience. When the crane lifts the final module into place, you'll know that your beautiful new home is just weeks away from being move-in ready.
Post-set construction
The button-up phase of modular homebuilding is the final step. This phase involves completing any remaining finishes, connecting all plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems to the utility feeds that were completed on site prior to the set, and finishing the exterior cladding. These finishing touches help to create a seamless transition between the modules and ensure that your home is both beautiful and functional. Once all of the work is completed, a final inspection is conducted to ensure that everything is up to code and that your new home is ready for occupancy. This thorough process ensures that your modular home is built to the highest standards, with no detail overlooked.
Move in day!
Welcome home!

With modular construction, project tasks can take place in parallel resulting in a more efficient timeline when compared to the linear sequence of traditional construction.
